API: Creating Alaska Medicaid Payer Portal Credentials

1. Navigate to the Alaska Medicaid portal. 
2. Sign in using your existing credentials
   
3. Within the navigation bar, select ‘Manage Users’
   
4. Input the following: 
   1. 1. User ID: 
      2. Last Name: Admin
      3. First Name: Insurance
      4. Phone Number: Zuub generated phone number
      5. Email: Zuub generated email address
      6. Password: 
      7. Confirm Password: retype password used above
      8. Available: select Provider-Eligibility
      9. Click 'Save'
         
         
5. Return to the Alaska Medicaid portal and sign in using the credentials you just created. 
6. You will then be prompted to setup a permanent password. Input current password as well as new password and click ‘Change’
   
7. You will then be redirected to the login page with a confirmation message that your password has successfully been changed. 
   
8. Login once more, using the newly-created password
9. Enroll in email 2FA by selecting ‘OPT CODE EMAIL TO XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX’ Click ‘continue’
   
10. Navigate to forwarding email address to retrieve and input the code. Click ‘Submit’
