For DSOs

  1. Create a document with the below information for all locations:
    1. User Email Address
    2. Physical Address
    3. Doctor's NPI
    4. Provider Name
  2. Have someone from the DSO email the document to support@beambenefits.com and ask that Beam support  attach the NPIs to the respective users. An example email is below for reference.
    • Example: Hi Beam Support Team,

I recently spoke with a representative via phone regarding an issue in which our user accounts are not currently linked to our organizational NPI (National Provider Identifier).

Since I do not have access to the individual phone numbers and fax numbers needed to make these updates account-by-account, the representative instructed me to email your support team an Excel sheet containing the necessary information for mass update.

Please see the attached Excel sheet, which includes the following data points for each user:

      User Email Address
      Physical Address
      Doctor's NPI
      Provider Name

Please confirm receipt of the file and let me know the expected timeframe for attaching these NPIs to the respective user accounts.
      Thank you for your assistance.

      Best regards,
[Your Name] Insurance Coordinator (Remote) [Your Contact Phone Number]
  3. Once NPIs have been attached, account creation is complete!
