API: Creating Dental Hub (Skygen) Payer Portal Credentials

Pre-Setup Notes

A credential that has Account Administrator access is needed to create additional users. 

Set up Skygen 2FA: Step-by-Step

1. Sign into the Dental Hub (Skygen) portal. 
2. Click on 'Menu.' Under the 'Practice Management' section, select 'Team Members.'
   
   
3. Click the 'Add Team Member' button.
   
   
4. Fill in the required information and submit. 
   1. Team Member Name: Insurance Admin
   2. Email: Zuub generated email address
      
   3. Is this Team Member a Practitioner: No
      
   4. Do you want to give this Team Member Administrator level permissions: Yes
   5. Permissions: Leave everything selected
      
      
5. Navigate to the email address, find the registration email, and click 'Get Started.'
   
6. Add the password and Zuub generated phone number.
7. Retrieve and add the 2FA SMS code.
