API: Creating Envolve/Ambetter Payer Portal Credentials

Set up Envolve/Ambetter Connect: Step-by-Step

  1. Sign into the Envolve/Ambetter portal.

  2. Once signed in, navigate to 'Setup' and select 'Portal User Accounts.'

  3. Click '+Add New User.'

  4. Fill out the required information with the below and click 'Create'
    1. First Name: Insurance
    2. Last Name: Admin
    3. Email: Zuub generated email address
    4. User Name: 
    5. Password: 
    6. Retype Password: 
    7. User Role: Default

  5. Sign into the Envolve/Ambetter portal with the credentials just created. 
  6. Click 'Send Code.'

  7. Navigate to the email address and  retrieve the code.
