API: Creating One Healthcare Payer Portal Credentials

Zuub streamlines access to payers like GEHA and UMR through One Healthcare. Follow this step-by-step guide to create Zuub specific One Healthcare payer credentials.

Pre-Setup Notes

In order to access benefits for payers like GEHA and UMR, Zuub specific One Healthcare payer credentials need to be created. Once the One Healthcare account is registered, additional setup is needed for both GEHA and UMR. Step by step instructions are provided.

Set-up One Healthcare 2FA: Step-by-Step

  1. Navigate to the One Healthcare portal
  2. Click 'Create One Healthcare ID.'

  3. Enter the required information and click 'Continue.'
    1. First Name: Insurance
    2. Last Name: Admin
    3. Date of Birth: 01-01-1980
    4. Email address: Zuub generated email address
    5. Create One Healthcare ID:
    6. Password: 
    7. Confirm Password:
    8. Phone Number: Zuub generated phone number

  4. Complete the Captcha request
  5. Navigate to the email address and copy the code from One Healthcare. Add the code and click 'Verify.'

  6. On the Verify Phone Number screen, click 'Via Text Message.'

  7. Add the code sent to the phone number and click 'Verify.'

  8. Click 'Continue.'

  10. Make note of the recovery code. Check 'I have recorded this recovery code' and click 'Continue.'

  11. On the consent page, click 'I Agree.'

  12. The One Healthcare account has been created! Continue setup for the below payers:
    1. GEHA
    2. UMR
