API: Creating Teamcare Payer Portal Credentials

Set up Teamcare: Step-by-Step

1. Navigate to the Teamcare portal and select the ‘Log In’ button in the upper right corner. Click ‘Register Now.’
   
   
2. Under the section labeled ‘Providers’, select ‘Register.’
   
3. Scroll through and accept the Terms and Conditions.
   
4. Complete the following information and click 'Continue': 
   1. Provider type: Dental
   2. Tax ID: 
   3. NPI Number: 
   4. Practice Name:
   5. Address
   6. City
   7. State
   8. Zip
   9. First Name: Insurance
   10. Last Name: Admin
   11. Office phone number
   12. Fax number: **if there is no fax, use the office phone number instead**
       
5. Input the following information and click ‘Register':
   1. Username:
   2. Email: Zuub generated email
   3. Password: 
   4. Confirm Password: Same as above
