API: Creating United Concordia Payer Portal Credentials

Set up United Concordia: Step-by-Step

1. Navigate to the United Concordia portal and select 'Log In / Create an Account'
   
   
2. Select 'Register.'
   
3. Select 'Dentist' and 'Next.'
   
4. Complete the below information and select 'Next':
   1. Provider ID or NPI
   2. Tax ID
   3. Acknowledge the provider agreement
      
5. Fill out the required fields with the below information and select 'Submit.'
   
   1. First Name: Insurance
   2. Last Name: Admin
   3. Email: Zuub generated email address
   4. Confirm Email: Same as above
   5. Username: 
   6. Password:
   7. Security Question:
   8. Security Answer: 
      
      
      
      
6. Navigate to the email address inbox and click the activation link found within the registration email.
