Zuub streamlines access to Unum patient benefit breakdowns by securely navigating Unum's two-factor authentication (2FA). Follow this step-by-step guide to create Zuub specific Unum payer credentials.

Set up Unum 2FA: Step-by-Step

  1. Log into the Unum portal using the office's existing credentials.
  2. Under 'Setup' in the menu bar, select 'Portal User Accounts.'

  3. Click 'Add new User.'
  4. Fill in the information:
    1. First Name: Insurance 
    2. Middle Name: (keep blank)
    3. Last Name: Admin
    4. User Name: 
    5. Password: 
    6. Retype Password
  5. Navigate to the email address and retrieve the 2FA code from the registration email.
  6. Enter the 2FA code.
  7. Click ‘Submit.’
Account creation is complete!
