Add Payer Credentials: Step-by-Step

Please follow these steps to add Payer Credentials:

  • Log onto your Zuub Portal (dental.zuub.com/portal).
  • Go to the Settings > Insurance Verification > General Settings > Payer Credentials.
  • There you will find a dropdown with a list of all the Payer Credentials that you can add.
  • Please select each Payer Credential and add your Login information.
  • Click Verify Credentials.
  • If everything goes through successfully your Payer Credentials will populate on the right hand side.
  • Please click Save to save your changes.

Please Note: Some of these sites require you to update your Password every 90 days. If you update your password on a site, please make sure to log into your Zuub Portal and update under the settings or else it will throw errors when you run your automated system.
