Enable New Insurance Payer: Step-by-Step

Please follow these steps to add Payer Credentials:

  • Log onto your Zuub Portal (dental.zuub.com/portal).
  • Go to the Settings > Insurance Verification > General Settings > Insurance Payer Mapping.
  • There it will pull up a list of every insurance payer we have in our system and what they are mapped to in Zuub.
  • There will be a "Search by payer ID or Name field at the top right hand corner. There you can input the name of the new Insurance Payer that Zuub supports that may not be mapped yet. 
  • The Insurance Payer should populate under the "Payer Name in PMS" Column. 
  • Once populated, you will see there is no "Zuub Payer Name" associated. 
  • Click on the three dots on the far right of the Insurance Payer and the section will expand.
  • Under the "Payer Match in Zuub" section, click on the dropdown and search for the Insurance Payer's name.
  • Once found select the Insurance Payer, then select the Network Status and click Save.
