Specific Patient Verification
Please follow these steps to manually verify a specific patient:
- Log onto your Zuub Portal (dental.zuub.com/portal).
- In the Navigation Panel, click on the Insurance Verification Module .
- Make sure the Schedule tab is selected at the top.
- In the schedule view find the patient you would like to verify manually. You can navigate to days in the future and days in the past by using the right and left arrows next to the date.
- Find the patient you would like to verify, then find the three dots on the far right of patient's line item and click on it.
- This will give you a drop down with two options. You will need to select Verify Now.
- Select Verify Now, the patient's information will blink until your verification comes back.
- The verification will come back with an updated date and time stamp under the Last Verified column.
- You can then click on the patient's ID in blue to look at the patient's break down.
Entire Scheduled Day of Patient Verifications
Please follow these steps to manually verify a scheduled day of patients:
- Log onto your Zuub Portal.
- In the Navigation Panel, click on the Insurance Verification Module.
- Make sure the Schedule tab is selected at the top.
- In the schedule view find the date you would like to verify manually. You can navigate to days in the future and days in the past by using the right and left arrows next to the date.
- Once you find the date you would like to verify and then find the three dots on the far right at the top of the schedule view.
- Click on the three dots and from the drop down menu select Verify All.
- That will cause all of the patients' insurance icons to blink until their verifications come back. You will also see a green notification message box at the top right hand corner that will remind you to not navigate away from the page until all the verifications come back.
- Once completed the verifications will come back with an updated date and time stamp under the Last Verified column.
- You can then click on any of the patients' ID listed on that specific date, in blue to look at their respective break down.
