Please follow these steps to manually verify patients recently added to the schedule:


1) Log into your Zuub Portal.

2) On the lefthand navigation panel, select the Insurance Verification Module.

3) From the Schedule tab, toggle to the day of the patient's appointment, which may be same-day.

4) Once you find the patient, click the three dots located on the right of the patient's line item, and select "Verify Now."

5) When the verification is complete, you can view the patient's breakdown by clicking into their Patient ID, which is the second column from the right on the Schedule View.
