How To Reset Your Zuub Password (Step-by-Step)
Please follow these steps to reset your Zuub Password:
- Navigate to the Zuub Portal (dental.zuub.com/portal).
- Enter you portal login email address in the field and then click "Reset password."
- Once you click "Reset password" you will get a green notification on the top far right of your screen with the following message:
If an account exists for the email provided, you will receive an email with instructions to reset your password.
- Once you see that message, please open up the email inbox that you sent the "Reset password" request to and look for an email with the Subject line: "Reset your password for project-zuub."
- Follow the instructions of the email and click on the link to reset your password.
- The link will take you to a web browser where you will be able to reset your password. Please enter your new password here.
- Once you have entered your new password, please click Save.
- Your Password will be reset and you will be presented with the following message:
- You can now navigate back to the Zuub Portal login page and login with your new password.
Please note: If you do wait too long to reset your password, the emailed link will expire and you will be presented with the following message:
If that happens, you will have to navigate back to the Zuub Portal login page and request another link by adding your email and clicking "Reset password" again.
