- Let us know you’d like to set up a BCBS FEP 2FA solution– reach out to your designated Customer Success Manager, email Zuub support at dsosupport@zuub.com, or chat with us via your portal.
- NOTE: Only one portal can be used per tax ID. Follow the steps below to add a new user to your existing portal. Please do not create another portal if you have one already.
- Set up a time to connect with your Zuub representative to set this login up, as the last step in setup requires a code to be retrieved that expires within 30 minutes. This can be done via a call or email. At the designated time, complete the below steps.
- NOTE: Only one portal can be used per tax ID. Follow the steps below to add a new user to your existing portal. Please do not create another portal if you have one already.
- Please navigate to the BCPS FEP Provider Portal and select “Register as a new user.”
- Fill out the required fields for Step 1 of 2 of Dentist Registration then Click “Continue.”
- Utilize the Username, Password, Email Address, and Phone Number that the Zuub representative provided to you to finish Step 2 of 2 for Dentist Registration.
- Once Step 2 is complete, please let your Zuub representative know so that we can retrieve the code and provide it for you within the 30 minute expiration window.
- After the code has been retrieved and inputted, setup is complete on your end. Our team will configure your account to ensure Blue Cross Blue Shield FEP verifications are going through correctly, and follow up with you once the QA is complete.
Set up BCBS FEP 2FA: Step-by-Step [Existing Account]
- Let us know you’d like to set up a BCBS FEP 2FA solution– reach out to your designated Customer Success Manager, email Zuub support at support@zuub.com, or chat with us via your portal.
- Please provide your login credentials (email and password) for the BCPS FEP Provider Portal to your contact at Zuub that is assisting you in setup.
- We will assign you a phone number from Zuub that will need to be added as the phone number in your existing BCBS FEP account.Your email can remain the same.
- NOTE: Only one account can be used per tax ID. Please do not create another account if you have one already
- Once you’ve logged into the provider portal, navigate to the gear icon that says “My Profile” (Pictured below). Add the number your Zuub rep provided you with in the section highlighted below.
- Once you have added the provided phone number, please let us know. Our team will configure your account to ensure BCBS FEP verifications are going through correctly, and follow up when you’re good to go!
