      Set up DentaQuest/Sunlife 2FA: Step-by-Step

      1. Sign into https://providers.dentaquest.com/ 
      2. Navigate to Practice Tools > User Access
      3. Input the below information:
        • Role - User
        • User first name - Insurance
        • User last name - Admin
        • Username - Provided in email
        • Email - Provided in email
        • Under estimates, authorizations, claims select:
          • Member Eligibility (Member search & Member details) 
          • View Claims & Auth & Estimates
        • Under Practice tools, select User management
        • Under access level, select that the user can see all info for the entire business. All locations and providers
      4. Click Add User
      5. Re-add the email again if prompted.
