Set up MCNA 2FA: Step-by-Step

  1. Let Zuub know you’d like to set up an MCNA 2FA solution by reaching out to your designated Customer Success Manager. You can also contact Zuub Support at support@zuub.com, or chat with us via your Zuub portal.
  2. Zuub will assign an email address that needs to be added as a user in your MCNA portal.
  3. Head to the MCNA Provider Portal in your browser.
  4. Click the Manage Your Facility menu at the top of the page, and select Manage Your Users. (NOTE: Only users with roles of Administrator or Facility Group Administrator [FGA] can access this function. If you are an FGA, you are permitted to administer all users, in all facilities, within your group.)
  5. To add a user, designate “Insurance Admin” as the name, and enter the email provided in the blank fields at the bottom, and then click the green plus sign (+).
  6. Let us know you have successfully added a user, and we will do the rest of the configuring on our end. We’ll reach out when your office is fully set up to bypass MCNA two-factor authentication.
