Set up Oklahoma Healthcare Authority (OHCA) AI solution: Step-by-Step

To set up the Oklahoma Healthcare Authority (OHCA) AI solution in your account, please follow the below instructions:
  1. Login to the OHCA portal: https://www.ohcaprovider.com/hcp/provider/Home/tabid/135/Default.aspx
  2. Under 'User Details' on the left-hand side of the screen, click 'My Profile'.

  3. Under 'Challenge Questions' select 'Edit'.

  4. Adjust each question and answer to the below and click save.
    1. Challenge Question #1 - What is your favorite sports team?
    2. Answer to #1: Zuub
    3. Challenge Question #2 - In what city were you born?
    4. Answer to #2: Zuub
    5. Challenge Question #3 - What is your mother's maiden name?
    6. Answer to #3: Zuub

  5. Review the changes and click 'Confirm'.

  6. Login to your Zuub Portal: https://dental.zuub.com/login.
  7. Navigate to Settings > Insurance Verification > General Settings.

  8. Scroll to the 'Payer Credentials section.' Under 'Select Payer,' select ohcaprovider.com from the dropdown.

  9. Add your username and password and click 'Add Credentials'.

  10. Inform Zuub that you've set up OHCA by reaching out to your designated Customer Success Manager. You can also email Zuub Support at support@zuub.com, or chat with us via the bottom right hand corner of your Zuub portal.
  11. Our team will finish configuring your account and ensure OHCA verifications are going through correctly. We will follow up once QA is completed.
