To set up the Oklahoma Healthcare Authority (OHCA) AI solution in your account, please follow the below instructions:
- Login to the OHCA portal: https://www.ohcaprovider.com/hcp/provider/Home/tabid/135/Default.aspx
- Under 'User Details' on the left-hand side of the screen, click 'My Profile'.
- Under 'Challenge Questions' select 'Edit'.
- Adjust each question and answer to the below and click save.
- Challenge Question #1 - What is your favorite sports team?
- Answer to #1: Zuub
- Challenge Question #2 - In what city were you born?
- Answer to #2: Zuub
- Challenge Question #3 - What is your mother's maiden name?
- Answer to #3: Zuub
- Review the changes and click 'Confirm'.
- Login to your Zuub Portal: https://dental.zuub.com/login.
- Navigate to Settings > Insurance Verification > General Settings.
- Scroll to the 'Payer Credentials section.' Under 'Select Payer,' select ohcaprovider.com from the dropdown.
- Add your username and password and click 'Add Credentials'.
- Inform Zuub that you've set up OHCA by reaching out to your designated Customer Success Manager. You can also email Zuub Support at support@zuub.com, or chat with us via the bottom right hand corner of your Zuub portal.
- Our team will finish configuring your account and ensure OHCA verifications are going through correctly. We will follow up once QA is completed.
