How-To: Set up Unum Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Zuub streamlines access to Unum patient benefit breakdowns by securely navigating Unum's two-factor authentication (2FA). Follow this step-by-step guide to learn more.

Set up Unum 2FA: Step-by-Step

  1. Let Zuub know you’d like to set up an Unum (unumdentalpwp.skygenusasystems.com/PWP/Landing) 2FA solution by reaching out to your designated Customer Success Manager. You can also email Zuub Support at support@zuub.com, or chat with us via your Zuub portal.
  2. Zuub will assign you an email address that needs to be added as a user in your existing Unum account. This can be completed by your account administrator at unumdentalpwp.skygenusasystems.com/PWP/Landing
  3. Log in to the portal and click, “Setup” from the menu bar, then select, “Portal User Accounts”.

  4. Click, "Add new User" 
  5. Fill in the information:
    1. First Name: Insurance 
    2. Middle Name: (keep blank)
    3. Last Name: Admin
    4. User Name: Will be sent to you from Zuub 
    5. Password: Please set the password yourself, and provide it to us afterwards
    6. Retype Password
