Set up Unum 2FA: Step-by-Step
- Let Zuub know you’d like to set up an Unum (unumdentalpwp.skygenusasystems.com/PWP/Landing) 2FA solution by reaching out to your designated Customer Success Manager. You can also email Zuub Support at support@zuub.com, or chat with us via your Zuub portal.
- Zuub will assign you an email address that needs to be added as a user in your existing Unum account. This can be completed by your account administrator at unumdentalpwp.skygenusasystems.com/PWP/Landing
- Log in to the portal and click, “Setup” from the menu bar, then select, “Portal User Accounts”.
- Click, "Add new User"
- Fill in the information:
- First Name: Insurance
- Middle Name: (keep blank)
- Last Name: Admin
- User Name: Will be sent to you from Zuub
- Password: Please set the password yourself, and provide it to us afterwards
- Retype Password
