Update Network Statuses: Step-by-Step
Please follow these steps to Update Network Statuses as In-Network and/or Out-of-Network:
- Log onto your Zuub Portal (dental.zuub.com/portal).
- Go to the Settings > Insurance Verification > Insurance Payer Mapping.
- Payers pulled from your Practice Management Software (PMS) will be listed.
- For each Payer that is mapped with a Zuub Payer, click on the three dots to expand the section and update the Network Status.
- Once expanded, choose In-Network or Out-of-Network for the Payer
- Click Save.

Please Note: For Delta Dental, if In-Network is selected, PPO, Premier, or Both will need to be selected.

- Update the rest of the Insurance Payers that are mapped to Zuub Payers selecting their appropriate Network Statuses.
