Updating Network Statuses within the Zuub Portal will filter patient breakdowns to only show relevant In-Network and/or Out-of-Network information. Follow along this video and step-by-step guide to see how.

Update Network Statuses: Step-by-Step

Please follow these steps to Update Network Statuses as In-Network and/or Out-of-Network:

  • Log onto your Zuub Portal (dental.zuub.com/portal).
  • Go to the Settings > Insurance Verification > Insurance Payer Mapping.
  • Payers pulled from your Practice Management Software (PMS) will be listed.
  • For each Payer that is mapped with a Zuub Payer, click on the three dots to expand the section and update the Network Status.
  • Once expanded, choose In-Network or Out-of-Network for the Payer
  • Click Save.

    • Please Note: For Delta Dental, if In-Network is selected, PPO, Premier, or Both will need to be selected. 

  • Update the rest of the Insurance Payers that are mapped to Zuub Payers selecting their appropriate Network Statuses.
