      Why Is It Important To Add Payer Credentials?

      Payer Credentials help improve your overall experience for insurance verifications. By adding Payer Credentials you can troubleshoot failed verifications and bring back more complete data. When you add Payer Credentials, it enables us, for certain Payers, to use our Bot Solutions to go out and retrieve more complete eligibility and benefits information on your patients for those Insurance Payers that do not release as much information to third parties. 

      We highly encourage adding Payer Credentials for the Insurance Payers we integrate with in the dropdown list under Settings, as that information is need to be able to verify and bring back more complete eligibility and benefits information. If these are not added, you may receive an error message. They can be added inside of your Zuub Portal as shown below.

      Disclaimer: You do not have to create logins for each and every one of the Payers listed in the dropdown. We just recommend you to add as many as you have access to and utilize in office.

      Recommended Payers To Add

      Delta Dental Payers

      These Payers Credentials will allow us to retrieve information across almost all 50 states.

      Dental Network of America (DNoA) Payer

      This Payer Credential covers Blue Cross and Blue Shield Plans in Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Texas. It also covers Dearborn National.

      Managed Care of North America, Inc. (MCNA) Payer

      This Payer Credential covers Medicaid, Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP), and Medicare members.

      Additional Available Payers To Add

      Payers Not Listed

      Some Insurance Payers already provide great third party breakdowns. Therefore, they will not be on the drop down list under the Payer Credentials Section in your Settings. These Payers include but are not limited to:
      • Aetna
      • Ameritas
      • Cigna
      • Guardian
      • Humana
      • Principal
      • Reliance
      • Standard Insurance
      • United Concordia Healthcare
      These are just a few, but again if they are not listed on the drop down, we do not need your log in credentials for them, the only ones we need are the ones on the list as those are the ones we need to augment in certain instances.
