If you need your Network statuses updated, please email a list of your In-Network Payers to support@zuub.com and we will help get your list updated!

If you have been with Zuub for some time, your network mapping may be outdated. Please chat in or send a request to checking your Network Mapping to support@zuub.com.

Cancellation Request Submission
If you would like to proceed with cancelling your subscription please follow these steps to send in your request:
- Create an email to send to support@zuub.com
- Subject > Cancellation Request: Your Office Name (Your Office ID)
- Within the Body of the email, please include the following:
